I was born in Mombasa, Kenya, moving to London with my family in 1977.  I graduated in Computer Science, followed by an MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design at City University.  In my career as an IT project manager, I worked with a wide range of organisations across diverse industries:  GSK, Informa Publishing, TNT, Akzo Nobel, Universal Pictures, Universal Music Group, Oxford University Press and APM to deliver business transformation programmes in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

I have always held the belief that one's background or disability should not prevent one from living a full and independent life, with a career and being part of society.  I am interested in the use of technology to support independent living and want to help Cartrefi make use of such technology.  Above all, I want to use my experience and skills to help Cartrefi achieve their objectives and ambitions.

I live in Carmarthenshire and wish to give my time to help build a society without exclusions.
